A Brief History
The Founders of Innovation Support Living have a combined experience of 20 plus years of service in the mental/behavioral industry. Serving clients with developmental disabilities specifically Neurodivergence/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our Founders have serviced clients of all ages and levels of development. Beginning with Atypical behaviors to clients that demonstrate adjustment challenges which may result in severe behaviors. ISL strategy is to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods that can be incorporated with neuro-neuro-affirming strategies to support social significant changes in their lives. We focus on independence, self-self-advocacy functional communication and building functional relationships.

Priority Goals: Our organization will apply daily goals with consumer's need to achieve autonomy with ISL strategies; in addition provide support to our consumer's family by relieving and providing care by utilizing a therapeutic approach.

Our leadership team has established a training system to service clients on all development levels efficiently and effectively. We are most proud of finding passionate individuals that are self-motivated, posses integrity, the ability to problem solving and are committed to supporting our clients and their families needs.
